LOCATION - Lat 26°31'42", long 81°07'35" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.34, T.45 S., R.32 E., Hendry County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, 17 ft east of County Road 833, .3 mi south of Dobley Grade Road and 19 mi northeast of Immokalee.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 11 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 6 ft, bottom of last opening 11 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 27.3 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 29.65 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 1985 to present. See REMARKS.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1977 to November 1977 (intermittent), December 1977 to September 1978 (daily), October 1979 to November 1983 (daily), November 1983 to September 1994 (monthly), October 1994 to September 1995 (quarterly), May 2003 to October 2018 (continuous), November 2018 to current year. See REMARKS.
GAGE - Monthly measurement with chalked tape.
REMARKS - Station was reconstructed in March 1985 when the water level recorder was discontinued. Figures of water levels as elevation, in feet NGVD published prior to January 27, 1982 are in error. Records of water levels prior to September 1980 are available in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey. Well was also used for salinity monitoring from February 1978 to April 1993, chloride and conductivity profiles are available in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey. EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 28.80 ft above NGVD29, Sept. 10, 2017; lowest, 23.16 ft above NGVD29, May 24, 1990.
