LOCATION - Lat 27°21'40.59", long 80°37'39.16" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.10, T.36 S., R.37 E., St. Lucie County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, approximately 400 ft north of State Road 70 and 150 ft west of Old Bessimer Road near V-2 Ranch, northwest of microwave tower, 14 mi northeast of Okeechobee.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 122 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 40 ft, bottom of last opening 122 ft. Gravel-packed open interval.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 29.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base, 2.60 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 15, 1993, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - January 1993 to August 2014. Discontinued.
GAGE - Electronic data logger.
COOPERATION - South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Well depth cannot be sounded below 40 ft below land surface. Construction records indicate that the borehole interval below that depth has been gravel-packed and left open to the aquifer.
