LOCATION - Lat 34°04'38.68", long 117°17'42.54" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.00, T.1 S., R.4 W., San Bernardino County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070203, in Rancho Muscupiabe Grant, near Orange Show Road and E Street, at the Headquarters of the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, in San Bernardino.

REVISIONS HISTORY -

Elevation data for Continuous and Discrete Water-levels from beginning of record until Sept 30, 2021 were revised to reflect elevation of site due to an improper Elevation value offset having been used since the beginning of record.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 45.8 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 16.6 ft, bottom of last opening 46.6 ft.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 977.44 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of 2 inch PVC casing, black mark on south side (below LSD), 0.13 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 30, 1990 to Jan. 17, 2020; Top of concrete vault (above LSD), 0.4 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 30, 1990 to Jan. 17, 2020; Top of 7in PVC casing, 0.17 ft below land-surface datum, Jan. 16, 2020 to present.

PERIOD OF RECORD - Period of continuous record was removed during historic rework (June 2016). Discrete water levels only from October 1990 to current.

GAGE - Electronic data logger removed in July 2007.

REMARKS - The San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (SBVMWD) Cluster Wells consist of five continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault. The individual stations are well 1S/4W-22D2, station 340439117173902; well 1S/4W-22D4, station 340439117173904; well 1S/4W-22D5, station 340439117173905; well 1S/4W-22D6, station 340439117173906; and well 1S/4W-22D7, station 340439117173907.

PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - During historic rework (June 2016) this well was determined dry for period of record. Daily record ends on July 8, 2007.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 4.48 ft below land surface, Apr. 15, 1991 (discrete water level value only); lowest water level measured, dry for many days.
