LOCATION - Lat 36°24'56.0", long 89°28'10.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lake County, TN, Hydrologic Unit 08010206, located on Mississippi River flood plain, 2.7 miles North of Tiptonville Tn., 3.5 miles East and 2.6 miles South of the Mississippi River and 1.6 miles Northeast of Reelfoot Lake.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth undefined. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Well was drilled between 1979 and 1981. Depth estimated between 100 ft. to 120 ft. which is the typical depth for drilled irrigation wells in the area. Twelve inch PVC casing. 
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 301 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing, 0.26 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 27, 2018 to present; extended casing to 2.90 feet, 2.9 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 1, 2018 to present; Top on the casing plus the distance to the wood in the gage house, 0.7 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 19, 2018 to present; Extended casing from 0.70 feet to 2.90 feet, 2.9 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 19, 2019 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1, 2018 periodic tape down to June 19, 2018. June 19, 2018 to current year continuous water level.
GAGE - Data collection platform and submersible pressure transducer
