GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 39 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 29 ft, bottom of last opening 39 ft. Drilled, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 49.89 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of inner casing, 2.95 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 26, 2005, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel; Equipped with a digital water-level recorder - 15 minute recording interval, October 2006 to October 2014.
REMARKS - Well MW-03 on Ion Power property; USGS -Potomac Aquifer Study at Standard Chlorine, Delaware City. Missing data due to instrument removal during water quality sampling.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water-level measured, 18.49 ft above sea level, April 25, 2010 (recorder); lowest measured, 15.99 ft above sea level, May 23, 2006.
