LOCATION - Lat 18°13'33.16", long 65°46'54.54" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Naguabo Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 0.6 mi (0.96 km) upstream from intersection of State Roads 191 and 31 and 1.14 mi (1.8 km) south from Iglesia de Dios, Inc. Church at Bo. Florida, Naguabo.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Datum of gage was previously reported in the site file as 108.27 ft (33.0 m) above NGVD29 and LMSL-Old PR. NGVD29 datum does not exist in Puerto Rico and the correct LMSL-Old PR elevation is 0 ft, published historical records did not reflect this site file typo. Revised to PRVD02 Datum in October 2022.
