LOCATION - Lat 18°02'16", long 66°00'35" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Patillas Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010004, on left bank, 3.52 mi (5.66 km) southeast from Francisco Zenón Gedy School, 1.45 mi (2.33 km) northeast from Lago Patillas Dam, and 2.10 mi (3.38 km) north from Patillas.
DRAINAGE AREA - 4.10 mi². (10.0 km2).
REVISIONS HISTORY -

Peak gage height and discharge removed in 2000 water year due to incomplete year of data collection.

Drainage area revised in 2021 based on ArcHydro 2020, more detailed topo used.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 2000 to September 30, 2008, October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2010; monthly measurements only. November 16, 2010 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, satellite telemetry at station. Datum of gage is 256.0 ft. (78.0 m) above Puerto Rico Vertical Datum of 2002 (PRVD02). Prior to November 16, 2010, at site 60 ft. (18 m) downstream at datum 4 ft. (1.2 m) lower. Elevation or datum was previously reported as 295 ft. (90 m) above mean sea level and NGVD 29 and was established via topographic map and a new GNSS survey was used to establish a PRVD02 datum because the topographic datum did not meet the new accuracy requirements.
