The offset of 2.09 ft on the low end is consistent with recently obtained GZFs. A breakpoint was used at 3.45 ft and an offset of 2.80 ft was used above it to best fit the higher measurements. A transition zone exists between 2.90 and 4.00 ft where a bar in the center of the channel downstream of the bridge is drowning out. There are a few reversals but they are all below 3%, see rating smoothing check worksheet attached in the sites location details. Rating segment slopes are consistent with the control types that they define. The rating computes zero flow below the bottom input point, 2.10 ft. And was extended to 17.00 ft, which is just above the 2011 high flow measurements. It was determined not necessary to extend to 2X the highest measured flow. Shifting to rating 31.0 will consist of a low flow shift curve that is a half house that has a merge point at the top of the transition zone at 4.00 ft and an elbow at the bottom of the transition at 2.90 ft. Shifting for high flows will also consist of a half house curve that blends back to the top of the rating at 17.00 ft with an elbow at the transition to a slightly different stage-discharge relationship at 9.90 ft.
