The intermediate portion needed to be drawn more to the right as it was drawn more to the left and the lower part was drawn to a base scoured condition.  The lower end was skewed to the right through moving the rating descriptor points and smoothing the abrupt hump that was present. This also should help with shifts crossing the rating. The same offset was used 2.04 ft as slightly scoured from recent GZF measurements of 2.07 to 2.15 ft. The rating is the same as Rating 8.0 at 4.48 ft and above.\\nReviewed by SMK 12/6/24 - The lower end was modified to avoid shifting that is not hydrologically sound and shifts that don't represent the observed conditions.  Due to the control changing frequently due to cows, etc, there was a need to have the rating drawn to the scour side.  Offset is based recent GZF's and scour condition, ok. Minor reversals, within allowable difference. "
