# //RATING REMARKS="Revised rating for flooding in Sprng 2023 from snowmelt and rain events.  Lower end has minor scour post flooding and is prone to beaver activity.  The rating was then drawn to more scoured side.  A brakpoint was incorported at 2.81 ft for changes in slope due to bridge contraction.  A series of descriptor points are used to smooth upper end for channel and overbank conditions as flow goes around bridge pier to left. More weight given to recent measurements and so that large open ended shifts or crossing the rating can be avoided.  Offset 1.90 ft based on recent low flow measurement 153  near control and subtracting maximum depth."
