The lower end was revised using an offset of 1.40 ft to straighten the lower end, remove some concavity,  and to continue a base scoured condition.  The intermediate portion of the rating was also given more weight to the scoured side but a fill condition exists post flooding due to debris and/or sedimentation. This is likely a temporary condition.  The upper breakpoint was retained at 24.00 ft and 8000 cfs. The upper end was revised based on recent high flow measurement 357 and drawn more to the right extending  to 28.30 ft and 24,060 cfs using a straight line logarithmic extension.  This is just above historical and present year flood stages.  Several descripto points were added on the upper end using an offset of 9.00 ft to smooth rating to the right as it goes into overbank conditions upstream of the gage."
