Site is still equilizing after the event. The new rating used all 2023wy Qm's after Apr 1, 2023 and Qm 245. Used the GZF from the Apr 17 and Sep 11 visit, respectively and disregarded GZF from Jul 12, due to most likely typo entered., as well as, historical retings to get best offset at -0.12ft. The slope for the entire rating is above 2.00ft indicating a section control at all stages, which makes since due to the channel changes after June 2022. Rating reviewed, JBS 20240131: Reasons for new rating is justified based on continued fill since 2022 high water below about 2.90 ft. Offset is reasonable based on observed GZFs. Slope is a little higher throughout the rating than I would expect but makes sense based on steep channel and true channel control only occuring during very high flow. Rating extensions are reasonable, the upper end is identical to rating 7.0 above 2.96 ft and low end goes to zero flow. Reversals are minimal and do not require any additional smoothing.
