# //RATING REMARKS="Rating developed due to significant scour on the mid to low end.  Changes to the channel were due to the historic 2022 floods and continued settling of the channel. Due to the changes and continued settling, only measurements made after Apr 2023, using the indirect Qm 696, Qm 697, indirectly using 698 and all Qm's 704-709, excluding ice measurments. An offset of 0.3 was determined to best fit.  More definition is needed, along w/ GZF measurements if possible. Reviewed by SMK 5/16/24  - slopes indicate appropriate control, no reversal issues, offiset is appropriate, started during ice and no need for a transition shift."
