An offset of 0.60 ft was chosen but will need confirmed by a GZF when the flow is in section control  The top end was drawn to meas. no 712, which was an indirect using bridge constriction computations.  A slope change occurs as stages increase from 3.48 to 3.62 ft going from combined section/channel control to channel control.  As the stage continues to increase the flow is constricted and contained within the bridge opening.  More definition is needed. Revied, JBS (3/23/2023) - Rating is approved for use. Rating shape and slope makes sense, offset is reasonable but should be confirmed by GZFs readings this year. Definition is limited, however rating is good for peak flows in 2022 and post peak flow definition. Rating is subject to change after mid-high flow definition is obtained in 2023. "
