Continued fill has occurred on the upper and lower ends of the rating, while scour occurred at mid flows. Channel control exists at all stages. The upper end the flow spreads across the entire channel evenly. At mid to mid-lower flows diagonal flow is present in the middle of the channel where a submerged bar is present. Scour/fill of this bar tends to occur more frequently and has effect on the rating at these stages. During lower flows the submerged bar becomes more apparent, along with more drastic sideways flow into what is then the main channel on the right side of the river. Breakpoints were used to define these channel characteristics for each of the segments. High flow measurements from 2022-2025 were used for the upper end definition while measurements from WY2025-26 were used for the mid to lower end. \\n\\nApproved- Brett Price 01/08/2025" # //RATING EXPANSION="logarithmic" # //RATING BREAKPOINT1=2.602571E+00 BREAKPOINT2=5.056602E+00 # //RATING OFFSET1=-2.600000E+00 OFFSET2=-2.100000E+00 OFFSET3=-2.600000E+00 # //RATING_INDEP ROUNDING="????"
