# //RATING REMARKS="Rating 23.1 is a lower extension of 23.0 due to cold periods.  Due to historic 2022 floods significant scour occurred throughout the channel and control features.  Rating 24.0 is based on 2022 measurements and more definition is needed.  Two breakpoints were used where slope changes were seen - the first breakpoint is at 1.43 ft, which is where most of the flow is channelized, above 1.43 the slope changes as the flow starts to rise into the bar on the left bank. The second breakpoint is at 5.05 ft, which is approximately where the flow breaks over in the left channel and the bar begins to submerge.  At around ~9.6 ft overbank occurs on the left bank and begins to fill the right bank fishing access, thus the increase in slope."
