The new rating took into account the fill that had started occurring in 2021wy and continued into 2022wy and evident by 2023wy. The lower and intermediate section was derived using an offset of -0.20ft, which was indirectly based on recent GZF in 2022wy, but variable due to uneven bottom. The offset -0.20ft was used as best fit. The slope was 2.20ft to 2.39ft which is indicative of section control. The high end was based on high flow measurements sicne 2018wy and all 2023wy except for QM 445, due to some unsee debris. A break point with an offset of 1.10ft was used at 4.35ft to straighten the upper end. The upper end has a slope of 1.31ft which is indicative of channel control. Rating reviewed by JBS (1/30/2024) - Reasons for new rating justified for fill since 2018. Offsets are reasonable, low offset within reason of GZFs. Transitions zones are smooth. Upper and lower end extensions are reasonable and do not extend into undefined control conditions.
