# //RATING REMARKS="Rating 23.0 was built based on the trend of fill measurements from 2025. Measurements consistently plotted on average -.05 throughout the water year. A new rating was built to account for this fill change. GZF measurements over the same period corroborate evidence of fill during the same time period.  Measurements 723, and 728 were splint on the low end along with 729 as this created the line of best fit. The line was biased scour as this allow for algae and fill trends to occur and return back to the base. 715, and 720 were referenced in the low to mid flows. More definition is needed on the upper end, but measurements 627 and 725 were used to define the general shape of the upper end. The previous rating, 22.0, was mirrored for smoothing definition on the upper end. "
