Measurements #821, 822, 824, 826, and 827 were given the most weight. Measurement 820 was given consideration but it was an 11 section poor measurement that was obtained over 3 miles downstream. Measurements #823 and 825 were mostly disregarded as it is believed that these two measurements did not represent permanent control conditions. Historic measurements #754, 787, 804, and 813 were used and/or to fill in gaps. The rating was extended to just below 2x the maximum measured discharge on the upper end and to 1.20 ft on the lower end. Both the upper and lower extensions cover the range in expected flow. Shifting will be required and a standard half house curve will be used with a merge point set to 3.00 ft, which is the top of the transition zone with a hinge point at 2.50 ft, which will allow for a smooth transition back to the base rating during the maximum amount of expected shift.
