reached an elevation of 21.71 ft, result of ice jam, from information
provided by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Flood of Mar. 28, 1913,
reached an elevation of 21.45 ft, discharge, 240,000 ft3
(estimated, tide affected) from information provided by Board of Hudson
River-Black River Regulating District.
