 LOCATION.--Lat 41°37'51", long 81°24'13, Lake County, Hydrologic Unit 
     04110003, on left bank, 50 ft downstream from remains of city waterworks dam, 
     500 ft downstream from East Branch, 1 mi southeast of Willoughby, and 5 mi
     upstream from mouth.
