Location.--Latitude 47°58'13", Longitude 123°35'22", in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 32, Township 29 North, Range 7 West, in Clallam County, Hydrologic Unit 17110020, Olympic National Park, on right bank 30 feet upstream from Cat Creek, 2.5 miles above from Glines Canyon Dam, 12.5 miles southwest of Port Angeles, and at river mile 16.2. Drainage area is 198 mi². Elevation of gage is 580 feet above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
