STATION.--14138800 BLAZED ALDER CREEK NEAR RHODODENDRON, OR
LOCATION.--Lat 45° 27'10", long 121° 53'23", in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.25, T.1 S., R.7 E., Clackamas
County, Hydrologic Unit 17080001, in Mount Hood National Forest, on right bank 600 ft downstream
from the confluence of Bedrock and Hickman Creeks and 8.6 mi north of Rhododendron,
and at mile 3.78.
DRAINAGE AREA.--8.17 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1963 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 2,540 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS.--No regulation or diversion upstream from station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,610 ft3/s Dec. 22, 1964, gage height, 8.25 ft,
from rating curve extended above 330 ft3/s, on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow; minimum
discharge, 1.0 ft3/s Sept. 2-7, 2003.
