County, Hydrologic Unit 17090004, in Willamette National Forest, on left bank 0.2 mi
downstream from Tidbits Creek, 5.5 mi northeast of town of Blue River, and at mile
8.5.[location map]
DRAINAGE AREA.--45.8 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1963 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 1,386.90 ft above sea
level (Corps of Engineers bench mark).
REMARKS.-No regulation or diversion upstream from station. Continuous water-quality
records for the period September 1963 to September 1987 have been collected at this location.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 12,400 ft3/s Dec. 22, 1964, gage height,
15.32 ft, from floodmarks, from rating curve extended above 2,800 ft3/s on basis of
slope-area measurement of peak flow; minimum daily discharge, 6.0 ft3/s Oct. 27-29, 1987.
EXTREME FOR FEBRUARY 1996 FLOOD.--Maximum discharge, 8,990 ft3/s, Feb. 7, gage height,
11.43 ft; maximum gage height, 12.04 ft, from floodmark; minimum discharge, 12 ft3/s.
