Location.--Latitude 46°26'39", Longitude 121°50'20", in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 17, Township 11 North, Range 8 East (unsurveyed), in Lewis County, Hydrologic Unit 17080004, Gifford Pinchot National Forest, at Forest Service Road 28 Bridge, 2.4 miles downstream from North Fork, 8.5 miles southeast of Randle, and at river mile 17.5 mile. Drainage area is 54.8 mi2. Elevation of gage is 1,260 feet above NGVD of 1929.

On October 1, 2007, the datum for this gage was changed due to a change in the location of the gage sensor. The new datum is 8.193 feet higher than the old datum.
