The outage of the GOES-13 East satellite that occurred earlier today, which kept USGS Water Data current condition data from being updated, is largely over. Only a few dozen sites, mostly east of the Mississippi River, are still affected.

LOCATION.--Lat 40°24'20", long 82°30'00", in sec. 2, T.6 N., R.13 W.,
Knox County, Hydrologic Unit 05040003, on right bank 300 ft downstream
from Tilden Avenue Bridge at Mount Vernon, 0.8 mi downstream from
North Branch, and 2.7 mi upstream from Dry Creek.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--February 1953 to current year.
REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 2107: Drainage area.
REMARKS.--Some regulation by Knox Lake, capacity, 3,750 acre-ft, 8.2 mi
upstream on East Branch of North Branch Kokosing River beginning in
1954 and North Branch Kokosing River Lake 10.0 mi upstream on North
Branch Kokosing River, beginning in June 1972.
