[!] THIS SITE IS TYPICALLY AFFECTED BY VARYING DEGREES OF ICE BACKWATER THAT CAN PRODUCE ERRONEOUS DISCHARGE READINGS DURING THE WINTER PERIOD. DUE TO A REQUEST FROM THE COOPERATOR, DISCHARGE VALUES ARE SHOWN THROUGHOUT THE ICE-AFFECTED PERIOD RATHER THAN BEING FLAGGED AS ICE-AFFECTED WITH NO DISCHARGE SHOWN.
