Location.--Latitude 47°17'02", Longitude 121°47'48", in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Township 21 North, Range 8 East, in King County, Hydrologic Unit 17110013, on right bank 0.7 mile upstream from Bear Creek, 0.7 mile downstream from Howard A. Hanson Dam, 5.0 miles southeast of Palmer, and at river mile 63.8. Drainage area is 221 mi2. Elevation of gage is 990 feet above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
