Location.--Latitude 46°27'59", Longitude 122°06'28", in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Township 11 North, Range 6 East, in Lewis County, Hydrologic Unit 17080005, at Cowlitz Falls dam, 1.1 miles downstream from Cispus River, 8 miles southwest of Randle, 4.5 miles southeast of Kosmos, and at river mile 88.7.
