LOCATION - Lat 38°54'06", long 107°55'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.20, T.13 S., R.94 W., Delta County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14020005, on left bank at Cedaredge, 700 ft east of State Highway 65, and 8.5 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 38.5 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-US-2011: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1916 to September 1999, October 1999 to September 2012 (seasonal records only), October 2012 to current year. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1313.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry, crest-stage gage and concrete control. Elevation of gage is 6,220 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. Prior to June 8, 1917, nonrecording gage at present site at datum 0.50 ft higher.
REMARKS - Water year 2014; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2015; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.
