LOCATION - Lat 40°28'51", long 107°36'49" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.16, T.6 N., R.91 W., Moffat County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14050001, on left bank 0.5 mi downstream from State Highway 13-789 bridge, and 3.3 mi southwest of Craig.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,128 mi².
