LOCATION - Lat 40°32'56.46", long 108°25'27.56" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.20, T.7 N., R.98 W., Moffat County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14050003, on left bank, downstream abutment of County Road 10 bridge, 6.0 mi north of Lily, and 10 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 4,034 mi².

Nov. 30, 1935 to Nov. 3, 2008, water-stage recorder, at site 170 ft downstream at same datum.
