- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 38°04'36", long 107°41'15" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.12, T.44 N., R.8 W., Ouray County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14020006, 0.80 mi southeast of Portland, 0.86 mi northeast of Black Lake, and 4 mi north of Ouray.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1992 to October 2005. May 2006 to September 2015, October 2017 to current year (seasonal records only).
INSTRUMENTATION - Tipping-bucket rain gage with satellite telemetry. Elevation of gage is 8,080 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - (seasonal only) Maximum daily precipitation, 2.3 inches, Oct. 3, 1996.
REMARKS - Gage operated seasonally, April through September. Prior to January 2019, site was operated seasonally from May through September. Unpublished air-temperature and precipitation data for water years 1992 and 1993 are available in Water Science Center office.
