LOCATION - Lat 39°48'39.5", long 104°57'05.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.12, T.3 S., R.68 W., Adams County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 10190003, on left bank 450 ft downstream from confluence of Burlington Ditch and Sand Creek, 900 ft upstream from mouth, in the northeast corner of Metro Wastewater Plant, and 1.0 mi west-southwest of intersection of East 64th Avenue and U.S. Highway 6 and 85, in Commerce City.
DRAINAGE AREA - 187 mi².

Maximum known gage height, from backwater from construction, site and datum then in use, may have been exceeded when gage washed away during flood of Sept. 12, 2013.
