LOCATION.--Lat 38°54'04.0", long 76°56'31.9", Washington DC, Hydrologic Unit 02070010,
   at upstream side of Minnesota Ave. bridge, and 1.0 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA.-- 3.28 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 1992 to current year.
PERIOD OF RECORD WATER-QUALITY.--January 2013 to current year.
REVISED RECORDS WATER QUALITY.--http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/dv/?site_no=01651800: 2015
GAGE.-Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 10.73 ft above North American 
   Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). June 1992 to Sept. 30, 2007, at site 200 ft upstream at gage datum 
   5.00 ft higher (15.73 ft above NAVD88). October 2007 to September 2008 at current location at gage 
   datum 5.00 ft higher (15.73 ft above NAVD88). October 2008 to June 13, 2016, at site 10 ft upstream at present datum.
REMARKS.--U.S. Geological Survey water-data telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,770 ft3/s, 
   June 1, 2012, gage height, 9.95 ft; minimum discharge, 0.01 ft3/s, July 27-29, August 1, 2, 4, 5, 8-11, 2011.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the District of Columbia Department of 
   the Environment, and the U.S. Geological Survey.
   Funding for the water-quality at this station is provided by the United States Environmental Protection Agency 
   Chesapeake Bay Program Office (USEPA/CBPO) in collaboration with the Washington, DC District Department of the 
   Environment, and the U.S. Geological Survey.
