LOCATION - Lat 25°37'06.93", long 80°30'40.58" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.26, T.55 S., R.38 E., Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, located 20 ft east of SW 197th Avenue, 1.3 mi south of Howard Drive (SW 136th Street), 2.1 mi west of State Road 997 (Krome Avenue).
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 12 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 10.75 ft, bottom of last opening 12 ft. See REMARKS.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 7.30 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of base, 10.74 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 3, 1996 to present. Land-surface datum is 5.99 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1996 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite data collection platform.
COOPERATION - Department of Interior and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
REMARKS - The well was reported originally open to the aquifer from 10.8 to 12 ft. The open interval has become obstructed or collapsed at a depth of 9.2 ft.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 8.03 ft NGVD, Oct. 15, 1999; lowest, 1.43 ft NGVD, June 13, 2011.
