LOCATION - Lat 21°28'55.1", long 157°50'45.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Honolulu County, HI, Hydrologic Unit 20060000, in same house as stream gage on left bank 300 feet upstream from Kamehameha Highway, 0.4 miles southwest of Waiahole Elementary School, and 1.8 miles northwest of Kahaluu Elementary School.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous record rainfall station, August 2007 to current year.
INSTRUMENTATION - An electronic data logger with a 8-inch tipping-bucket rain gage system. Elevation of gage is 14 feet above mean sea level (from NGS benchmark F16).
REMARKS - Rainfall recorded in hundredths on an inch.
