LOCATION--Lat 42°14’05", long 70°52’21", Plymouth County, Hydrologic Unit 01090001, on left bank, 15 ft upstream from Leavitt Street bridge, and 1 mi upstream from mouth at Hingham.
DRAINAGE AREA
--14.1 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD
--April 2006 to current year. Water-quality records: Water years 1999, 2000.
GAGE
--Water-stage recorder with satellite telemeter. Elevation of gage, about 15 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS
--Flow affected by upstream surface- and ground-water withdrawals and by occasional regulation by millponds.
