LOCATION.--Lat 39°29'22.0", long 76°54'10.6", Carroll County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060003,
   on downstream center line of bridge pier on Hughes Road, 0.25 mi northwest of intersection
   of Hughes Road and Maryland Route 91, and 0.75 mi southwest of Finksburg.
DRAINAGE AREA.--14.0 mi2.
REVISIONS HISTORY.--https://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv/?site_no=01586210: 2021.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1982 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 428.01 ft above North American
   Vertical Datum of 1988.
REMARKS.--U.S. Geological Survey satellite data-collection platform at station. Water-quality 
   records for some prior periods have been collected at this location.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,360 ft³/s, July 25, 2018, gage height, 6.11 ft;
   minimum discharge, 0.23 ft³/s, Aug. 21-23, 2002. 
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the Baltimore City
   Department of Public Works and the U.S. Geological Survey.
This station managed by the MD-DE-DC Water Science Center Baltimore office.
