LOCATION - Lat 33°28'53", long 88°37'43" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.28, T.19 N., R.16 E., Lowndes County, MS, Hydrologic Unit 03160104, Choctaw Meridian, at bridge on U.S. Highway 82, 0.5 mi east of Mayhew.
DRAINAGE AREA - 98 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - 1963 to current year; 1963 to 1978, operated as a continuous-record gaging station; 1979 to 2014 operated as a crest-stage gage; 2015 to present operated as a continuous-record gaging station.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 173.02 ft. above NGVD of 1929.
