LOCATION - Lat 46°27'11.67", long 110°22'56.24" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Meagher County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10040201, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.17, T.8 N., R.11 E., on left bank 2 miles downstream from Cottonwood Creek, 3 miles west of Martinsdsale and 6 miles upstream from confluence with the North Fork Musselshell River.
DRAINAGE AREA - 268 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WSP 1309: 1942(M), 1944(M). WSP 1729: Drainage area. WDR MT-75-1: 1948, 1964(M), 1967.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1941 to September 1979, September 2014 to September 2019 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,900 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Prior to May 15,1942, non-recording gage at same site and datum.

Diversions for irrigation of about 33,150 acres of which 250 acres are below station.
