LOCATION - Lat 45°05'10.13", long 109°19'45.08" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.36, T.8 S., R.19 E., Carbon County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10070006, on left bank 40 ft downstream from county bridge, 6.7 mi south of Red Lodge, and at river mile 49.1.
DRAINAGE AREA - 105 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Daily mean values of discharge, water year peaks of gage height, and water year peaks of discharge from 1932 to 1986, originally published under this station, were moved to station 06209510 - Rock Creek above Mourice Creek, near Red Lodge, MT, on July 26, 2023.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1999 to current year. 
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,400 ft, referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988. U.S. Geological Survey satellite telemeter is located at the station.
REMARKS - Flow is partly regulated by Glacier Lake. No diversions occur upstream from station.
