LOCATION - Lat 47°14'10", long 102°46'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.06, T.143 N., R.95 W., Dunn County, ND, Hydrologic Unit 10130201, on left bank 50 ft downstream from bridge on State Highway 22 and 0.4 mi north of Manning.
DRAINAGE AREA - 205 mi². approximately.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - DAILY DISCHARGE--August 1967 to current year.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--DAILY GAGE HEIGHT--October 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with V-notch sharp crested weir since May 1990. Datum of gage is 2158.2 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD29) datum was converted to NAVD88 datum using the National Geodetic Surveys VDATUM transformation tool in November, 2017. Prior to October 1, 2017, datum was published as 2,156.55 ft above the NGVD29 and was determined from USC & GS benchmark x-83 1934.
REMARKS - Accuracy of records for water years prior to 2014 are noted in the individual Annual Data Reports for those water years. For water years 2014 onward, records good except for estimated discharges, which are poor, unless otherwise noted.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum peak flow, about 3,800 ft³/s, March 18, 2003, maximum peak stage, 17.63 ft, backwater from ice.
