GROUNDWATER RECORDS

LOCATION.--Lat 40°49'04", long 74°40'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Chester Township, Morris County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030105, at the Black River Wildlife Management Area, Pleasant Hill Rd.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 200 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 87 ft, bottom of last opening 200 ft. Drilled observation well.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 890 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 1.80 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 23, 2002 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 1991 to current year.
GAGE.--Water level recorder with telemetry.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level, 1.09 ft above land surface datum, Sep 8-9, 2011; lowest, 16.34 ft below land surface datum, Mar 2-3, 2002.
