The Nevada Water Science Center is transitioning to a new data management software package starting the week of June 19, 2017. While you may not notice this transition, some sites may have problems or delays in being updated. We are actively monitoring these conditions and are resolving them as quickly as possible. See the Dec 8 news entry for more information at: https://help.waterdata.usgs.gov/news

Because this gaging station cannot be accessed during high-flow periods, no discharge measurements can be made to calibrate the stage-discharge rating. Discharges greater than 2,000 cubic feet per second are therefore considered poor. Questions regarding operations at this gage can be directed to USGS NV Water Science Center Data Chief Steve Berris (snberris@usgs.gov, 775-887-7693).

This station managed by the NV Water Science Center -- Carson City Networks.
