USGS 13134550 UPPER SALMON A POWER CANAL NEAR HAGERMAN ID

LOCATION.--Lat 42° 46'04", long 114° 55'25" (NAD27), in NE1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.3, T.8 S., R.13 E., Twin Falls County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, Hagerman quad., on right bank, approximately 200 ft upstream from the Lower Power Plant, and 3.6 mi south of Hagerman.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--August 1991 to September 2000 (discharge measurements only), October 2005 to current year.

GAGE.--Water-stage and velocity recorder.

COOPERATION.--Discharge records furnished by Idaho Power and reviewed by U.S. Geological Survey beginning October 2005.

REMARKS.--Flow regulated by Upper Salmon Falls Dam (station 13134554).

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 6,200 ft3/s Feb. 23, 2006; minimum daily, 2,450 ft3/s May 21, 2007.
