LOCATION.--Lat 44° 22'20", long 112° 11'(NAD27), in SE1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 sec.14, T.12 N., R.36 E., Clark County, Spencer South quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040214, on right bank 400 ft downstream from railroad crossing, and 1.2 mi north of Spencer.

DRAINAGE AREA.--116 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--November 1938 to September 1940 (discontinued).

REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 1317: Drainage area.

GAGE.--Staff gage. Elevation of gage is 5,895 ft above sea level, by barometer.

REMARKS.--A few small ranch diversions above station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 309 ft3/s Mar. 26, 1939, gage height, 4.22 ft, from high water-mark, from rating curve extended above 220 ft3/s; practically no flow during August 1940.
