LOCATION.--Lat 42° 51'51", long 114° 51'54" (NAD27), in NE1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.36, T.6 S., R.13 E., Gooding County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17040219, Tuttle quad., at road crossing in the Malad Gorge State Park 1.5 mi northwest of Tuttle.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--August 1987 to November 1989 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,250 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Flow consists of irrigation waste return. Miscellaneous measurements made during irrigation seasons in 1985, 1986 and 1987 water years.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 87 ft3/s Apr. 17, 1988, Oct. 9, 1989; no flow for long periods.
