USGS 13170910 TRIANGLE DAIRY RELIFT CANAL NR GRAND VIEW ID

LOCATION.--Lat 42° 56'01", long 116° 01'34"(Rev.)(NAD27), in NW1/4 SW1/4 NE1/4 sec.6, T.6 S., R.4 E., Owyhee County, Grand View quad., Hydrologic Unit 17050103, on left bank just downstream from pipeline exit, 2 mi southwest of C.J. Strike Dam, and 6 mi southeast of Grand View.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April to September 1986 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 2,600 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Canal carries water pumped from Bybee Lateral.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 30 ft3/s July 19, 20, 22, Aug. 17-22, 1986; no flow for long periods.
