123°36'16", in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 20, Township 22 North,
Range 7 West, in Grays Harbor County, Hydrologic Unit 17100101,
Olympic National Forest, in monolith number 6, near center line axis of
Wynoochee Dam, 2.0 miles north of Grisdale, and at river
mile 51.8. Drainage
area is 41.0 mi2. Datum of
gage is NGVD of 1929 (levels by Corps of Engineers).
Lake elevation varies from
below 690 feet (sluice invert) to 800 feet (full
pool).
The
15-minute precipitation data for this station are
temporary and will only be displayed for 120 days. Time
series of 15-minute or cumulative daily values will NOT be
available for retrieval following the 120-day display period.
Although the instrumentation is calibrated at least once/year, the
temporary classification means that documented routine inspections
and other quality assurance measures are not performed that would
make the data acceptable for archival, retrieval, or future use in
general scientific or interpretive studies.
