referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Mullica Township, Atlantic
County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, on right bank in Wharton State
Forest, 2.4 mi upstream from Sleeper Branch, 2.5 mi north of Batsto,
and 5.7 mi southeast of Atsion.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder with telemetry and crest-stage gage.
Datum of gage is 11.93 ft above NGVD of 1929.
REMARKS.--Records good, except for estimated discharges, which
are fair. Some regulation from upstream cranberry bogs and Atsion Lake.
Diversions from Sleeper Branch enter river upstream from gage and
substantially increase the discharge at the gage.
